I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.

After graduating, I studied Fine Art at The Johannesburg Art School for a short while.

 

Started my early days of learning my craft in Durban. After a couple of years, I started to free-lance for different corporations designing labels for products and I then went onto a career in packaging.

 

Moved again back to Johannesburg I opened my own Studio and progressed the business into a small Advertising / Design agency.

 

Sold the business after 20 years and retired to Hout Bay in the Cape.

 

Then I moved again after a couple of years to the City of the Southern Right Whales in the Western Cape . . . Hermanus and built two houses there.

 

Did my first watercolour painting in Hermanus and then after a few more years moved to Holland.

I started watercolour painting in 2014 and I think that this is what I want to do for as long as I am able.
